A narrative of a perpetual struggle for a perfect society; movement that is undefinably temporal or spacial through failed and aspirational utopias. An immortal traveller's journey between islands of time, inhabited theme parks and museums, abandoned cities. A civilisation's constant morphing and unquenchable documentation of itself, as if driven by an awareness of it's looming demise.

Sasha LITVINTSEVA

Born in Polyarniye Zori, Russia, 1989. Lives and works in London. Graduated with first class honours from a BA Fine Art at the Slade School of Art, also attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design, took part in the Werner Herzog Rogue Film School, the inaugural edition of the Oberhausen Seminar and a master-class with Andrey Zvyagintsev. Has shown work across the UK, USA, Germany and in Canada, France, Denmar, Serbia, Romania and Lithuania, including Kassel Documentary Film Festival, Athens Film and Video Festival, Antimatter Film Festival, Banner Repeater London, Sassoon Gallery London, Carlos/Ishikawa London and "Heterotopias" show in New York.
