ENSEMBLE EN EUROPE
MEDIAWAVE (HUN)-MILLENIUM (BEL)-MITRA2000 (BUL)
The MEDIAWAVE International Film and Music Gathering, the Millenium International Documentary Film Festival in Brussels and the Bulgarian MITRA2000 Association with support of the Erasmus Program
realise a common project, titled Ensemble en Europe, this year. The progam series deal with the training and support of disadvantaged people with sepcial regard to the youth.
In Brussels, at the first stage of the project, young Hungarian film makers in turns with Belgian and Bulgarian cameramen and directors recorded the events of the festival like the opening ceremony, the discussions of the young jury as well as the interviews.
The second location is the MEDIAWAVE Gathering, where we are going to screen five films out of the 10 chosen by the three partners of the project, in the screening rooms of the Fort Monostor, Komárom.
We invited students from different grammar schools to participate at screenings as members of youth jury to discuss actual topics emerging in the films especially about young people.
We will also have the representatives of our Hungarian partner organisations at the screenings
and around a table who deal with disadvantaged people and can use the films during their courses, workshops and lectures.
